Terms and Conditions

1. Important

  • Airport: Wait up to 1 hour after flight arrival.

  • Train station: Wait up to 20 minutes after the arrival of the train.

  • Hotel / Address: Wait up to 15 minutes after booking time.

2. Conditions

  • If there is any reason why these waiting times cannot be met (delay in baggage delivery, immigration control, customs, etc.), the customer should contact our Help Desk as soon as possible so that we can take the necessary measures and guide him/her on the procedure to follow.

  • If the customer does not find his driver at the reserved place and time, he should contact us immediately to provide the necessary assistance.

  • If the client decides to leave the meeting point without first contacting our team, the service will be considered a no-show and will not be refundable.

  • If there are cancellations or changes to the flight or train schedule, the customer must inform us as far in advance as possible in order to reschedule the service.

  • This notification can be made by telephone, e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp, but will only be valid after verbal or written confirmation from one of our staff.

  • In the event that the client does not show up at the meeting point within the agreed time, the service will be considered a no-show and there will be no right to a refund.
